Business Landline/Internet Issue - FIXED

 

Good afternoon all,

 

just a quick note to let you all know we are having a few issues with our onsite phone supplier Vodafone at present. We recently changed over to them and since this move we have noticed that some calls to the business ring at the customer end but nothing at all happens our side.

 

Vodafone have today found the exact cause of the issue and are now sure it is only some Vodafone cell phone calls and landlines on their Red Network that may not be getting through, You will either get continuous ringing or it will be engaged. If this does happen to you please just hang up and call our business cell phone instead: 021-0798-172 and we can answer any queries you may have.

 

Again sorry for this problem. It has taken a Team Leader at Vodafone 3-4 days to run this problem all the way through to find the exact cause of this annoying problem. Thanks Keilah, you are a credit to Vodafone, not only with your efficiency but your customer service too. And yes with all the people that have worked on this fault it finally took a woman to fix it, and she was probably doing other things at the same time. We will update you when they give us sign off on this problem,

UPDATE: It looks like we have got our phone lines working again though Vodafone will be finishing off their testing before giving final sign-off. Meantime it looks like our internet connection has a fault now and though it is still working, it is at a diminished speed. So if our site does seem slow please bare with us. Technician will be out fixing this tomorrow and hopefully will be back to normal after that. I have recommended that Vodafone change their on-call music now as am sick of listening too it and I know all the words, this is not a good thing. Thanks

 

UPDATE: Hopefully not to jinx things but we have had signoff from Vodafone that all outstanding issues have now been resolved. If you do have any issues getting through to us please do let us know so that we may fix it as quickly as possible.Thanks for your patience.
